The Center for Communication (Communication Department) has the missions entrusted to it by the regulations. They are:
- Ongoing evaluation of Cameroon's image in foreign media.
- Monitoring, and evaluation of government communication strategies abroad.
- Edition and publication of communication materials for target audiences.
- Collection, analysis, and conservation in all forms of data likely to be exploited by foreign media, or of interest to the Ministry of Communications in the performance of its duties.
